[重要公告] 歡迎註冊歐銀EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP)標案系統
各位企業先進您好，歐洲復興開發銀行近日公告，從2020年起各項歐銀採購與顧問標案 (除了歐銀自辦顧問案仍透過e-selection系統外)，將統一公告於歐銀EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP)系統，若您對歐銀釋出的採購與顧問標案有興趣者，建議至ECEPP網站進行免費個人帳號註冊，系統將主動發送最新歐銀標案訊息至您的信箱，後續有意參與標案及聯繫的業者，使用ECEPP系統方可進行標案參與及後續作業。 ECEPP官網 : https://ecepp.ebrd.com/ ECEPP線上註冊 : https://ecepp.ebrd.com/delta/signup.html?userType=supplier 詳細原文公告內容如下 : ECEPP becomes mandatory from 1 January 2020 From 1 January 2020, all Procurement Notices posted by EBRD Clients for EBRD Loan or EBRD Administered Grant financed contracts for goods, works and consultancy services will only be published using EBRD’s Client eProcurement Portal – ECEPP. Suppliers and consultants wishing to access and respond to these business opportunities must first register in ECEPP. Some notices may still be re-published on ebrd.com for an interim period. Why register? To gain access to all Procurement Notices financed from EBRD Loans and/or Grants administered by the Bank, and to participate in projects using ECEPP to conduct the entire tender procedure online. Only tenderers registered in ECEPP will be able to obtain Procurement Documents and submit tenders. Registering on ECEPP is simple Free of charge registration requiring only minimal company information. Access through any internet browser – no special software is required. Access to procurement opportunities from your desktop or mobile phone. Registered suppliers, contractors and consultants will benefit from: Real-time alerts via e-mail based on keywords or tender reference ID number Free of charge access to electronic Procurement Documents immediately on publication Round-the-clock online access to tender information and documents Online communication with clients via secure Message Centre Fully secure online tender submission with electronic tender opening Immediate access to tender opening minutes with immediate results notifications Access to quick-start guides, live chat and other help facilities. ECEPP becomes mandatory from 1 January 2020

From 1 January 2020, all Procurement Notices posted by EBRD Clients for EBRD Loan or EBRD Administered Grant financed contracts for goods, works and consultancy services will only be published using EBRD’s Client eProcurement Portal – ECEPP. Suppliers and consultants wishing to access and respond to these business opportunities must first register in ECEPP. Some notices may still be re-published on ebrd.com for an interim period.

Why register?

To gain access to all Procurement Notices financed from EBRD Loans and/or Grants administered by the Bank, and to participate in projects using ECEPP to conduct the entire tender procedure online.
Only tenderers registered in ECEPP will be able to obtain Procurement Documents and submit tenders.

Registering on ECEPP is simple

Free of charge registration requiring only minimal company information.
